Reissue Policy

Thank you for shopping from Customper.com.

All defective orders can be refunded or reissued within 30 days of the delivery date.

All products sold in our store are custom made and cannot be returned. If the customer is not satisfied with the product, if it is damaged during transportation or our design is wrong, the seller will be responsible for refund or reissue. If the customer provides incorrect pictures and fails to change them promptly, the buyer will be held responsible.

Reissue process

Step 1: Please contact our customer service representatives at lela2ypatty@hotmail.com with product issues.

Step 2: Inform our team members that the product needs to be reissued and needs to be modified.

Step 3: We will only reissue the product once to avoid affecting your use. We will apply for a refund to you.

Cancel

Typically all of our orders ship within 24 hours, or even within a few hours.

If you cancel your order before your package ships, we will charge a cancellation fee of 10% of your order, which includes handling and restocking fees.

Once your package has been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order and issue a refund. Hope you can understand.
